Vibration ash removal device
Vibration ash removal device, commonly known as the vibrator, is a high-efficiency boiler ash removal device developed based on the design and operation experience of WHB in nonferrous metallurgy. It is a proprietary patented technology products owned by ENFI and it currently has been upgraded to its the second generation. The product can effectively remove all kinds of boiler ash under complex working conditions and harsh environment, realizing long-term and clean operation of the boiler. With normal maintenance, the device can be used for 10 years with stable service while requiring minimum spare parts.

Working Principle
The motor drives the active sprocket through the worm gear reducer, and then drives the hammer lifting device mechanism through the chain. When the hammer head is raised to the set height, the hammer head falls to strike the spring rapping rod and the hammer lifting mechanism under the action of the falling hammer device. The hammer mechanism serving-driven wheel continues to rotate through the spring guide reset, lift the hammer again for the second vibration, and the cycle repeats.
