Working Principle

The SM mobile crushing station is typically situated between the mining working face and the conveyor belt of the working area. Electric shovels or excavators transport raw materials to the hopper. Subsequently, a feeder conveys the materials to the crusher, where they are crushed to achieve a particle size suitable for efficient long-distance transportation on conveyor belts. The system comprises a transition conveyor belt, a reloading conveyor belt, a main frame, a steel structure hopper, and crawler movement etc. The key advantage of this system lies in the elimination of traditional truck transportation. Materials can be directly transported to the crushing station for processing, streamlining the process and enhancing overall production efficiency.
