Working Principle
1. NO-SPIN limited slip differentials as a standard for all series, which can distribute power according to road conditions, effectively exert the best traction of the equipment, and reduce tire wear;
2. Heavy-duty bearings and chains are selected, the tensile strength is 1.4 times higher than the standard, which is suitable for particularly harsh working conditions;
3. The balance box can swing up and down 15° to ensure the flatness of the operation;
4. Jincheng axle is equipped with six caliper brakes, which have large braking force, fast response and small braking distance; Meritor axle is equipped with shoe brakes, which is stable and reliable;
5. The maintenance of Jincheng axle is more convenient, no butter, splash lubrication, and maintenance-free wheel edges;
6. Meritor axle is upgraded to an integral wheel rim structure, and the wheel rim is maintenance-free. The main bearings are all imported SKF bearings. The assembly process controls the starting torque of the bearings to improve the reliability of the rear axle as a whole, which is especially suitable for heavy working conditions;
7. Mudguard is optional.
