High-speed rotary atomizer
High speed rotary atomizer is a core piece of equipment for semi-dry off-gas treatment in waste incineration industry. High-speed rotating motor drives the wear-resistant alloyed rotary nozzle to rotate evenly at high speed so that the lime slurry can be atomized into very fine droplets, which will exchange heat and react with hot off-gas, so as to remove the waste acid from the off-gas.

Working Principle
The slurry is sent to the atomizing disk of the atomizer which is at the top of the absorption tower, and the rotate speed is of 8,000-12,000r/min. The slurry enters from the middle of the upper part of the rotating disk, and then diffused to the surface of the rotating disk, forming a film. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the film gradually moves to the outer edge of the rotating disk. The film atomized into fine and uniform droplets of 50-150μm by shear force.
