Working Principle
CLM series high pressure roller mill is mainly composed of motor, planetary reducer, roller assembly, frame, torque support, reducer lubrication system, hydraulic system, grease lubrication system, feeding device, roller cover, control system, etc. The two roller shafts of HPGR are driven by motor through universal coupling and planetary reducer respectively. The planetary reducer balances torque through torque support and is connected with rollers by locking disk. The roller assemblies include movable roller assembly and fixed roller assembly. The two roller assemblies are installed on the rack, movable roller assembly can move horizontally on the rack guide rail, two (or four) parallel oil cylinders at both ends of the movable roller assembly exert pressure on the bearing housing of the movable roller assembly, and the pressure acts on the material passing between the two rollers through the roller assembly so that the material is crushed, ground and finally pressed into cake. The roller is made of high-strength forged steel, and the cylindrical surface of the roller is inlaid with studs of high wear-resistant materials to ensure the economic life of the roller. The hydraulic system comprises hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic station, accumulators and valves. Roller gap, cylinder pressure, bearing temperature and reducer temperature are monitored by sensors and equipped with specially designed automatic control system.
